We recently planned an event using the indoor rec space. We worked with Jenn , from Oakstone, on the quantity and type of food, including GF, for the expected number of people expected. Oakstone catered the event. She was spot on. We talked through beverages, alcoholic and non alcoholic. We put a cap on "free" at a certain cost. Again she was spot on. All Oakstone staff, we came in contact with, were great. Staff was invested in us having a great time We had the rec space so kids could run around. In the end it could not have been a better experience. Oakstone is the place for your next event ! Big fun Cheers !

I have never eaten here until today... And OMG. I got a medium 304 burger. Figured it was a safe order being a simple burger with onions and mushrooms but wow I could not have been more pleased. The Oakstome cheese sauce was outstanding, the bacon was crispy but not burned, the mushrooms and onions were sauteed perfectly. The fries were bright and crunchy, and the ramakin of ketchup was enormous. I'd go higher than 5 stars if I could. Will be back and often

Oakstone Has great food! I recently visited there for lunch in the month of February 2026. The staff is friendly. The food is a scratch kitchen made fresh daily. There's a wonderful assortment of sandwiches and entrées to choose from. I would regard this as one of the top places to eat in cottage Grove if you're looking for a restaurant in cottage Grove, this is a great spot in winter or summer. They have a large recreational facility with volleyball courts, and basketball courts as well as trivia a variety of tap years and frequently have live music. this is a family friendly environment. I'd highly recommend this restaurant.
